આ પાનું Ramvihar Festival mobile app માટેની public privacy policy છે. તે login વગર જોઈ શકાય છે.
1. અમે કઈ માહિતી લઈએ છીએ
App ચલાવવા માટે નામ, house number, mobile number, password, optional email અને profile details લઈ શકાય છે. Festival માં કરેલી aarti/prasad booking, donation, expense, committee અને announcement સંબંધિત entries પણ સંગ્રહિત થાય છે.
તમે bill photo અથવા profile photo સ્વેચ્છાએ upload કરો તો તે photo પણ સંગ્રહિત થાય છે. Push notification મોકલવા માટે device નો Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token લેવામાં આવે છે.
2. માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ
- Login, member account અને society records સંચાલિત કરવા.
- Festival booking, donation, ખર્ચ, committee અને ledger/report બનાવવા.
- Aarti, prasad, donation, expense, announcement અને committee સંબંધિત notifications મોકલવા.
- તમે પસંદ કરો ત્યારે receipt અથવા report WhatsApp/અન્ય app માં share કરવા.
- App ની security, support અને સુધારણા માટે.
3. માહિતી share કરવાની રીત
અમે તમારી personal information વેચતા નથી. App ને ચલાવવા માટે hosting/database provider અને Firebase Cloud Messaging જેવી વિશ્વસનીય service providers સાથે જરૂરી માહિતી process થઈ શકે છે. WhatsApp પર કોઈ receipt/report માત્ર તમે share button દબાવો ત્યારે જ તમારા device દ્વારા share થાય છે.
4. Permissions
App notification permission માત્ર festival અને society notifications માટે માંગે છે. Photo/media access માત્ર તમે bill અથવા profile photo પસંદ કરો ત્યારે ઉપયોગ થાય છે. App location, contacts, microphone અથવા SMS access માંગતું નથી.
5. Data security અને retention
માહિતી secured server/database માં રાખવામાં આવે છે અને access society administration સુધી મર્યાદિત રાખવાનો પ્રયત્ન થાય છે. Festival અને financial records society ના હિસાબ માટે જરૂરી સમય સુધી રાખી શકાય છે. કોઈપણ online system સંપૂર્ણ સુરક્ષિત હોવાની ગેરંટી આપી શકતું નથી.
6. તમારાં અધિકાર અને account deletion
તમારું નામ, mobile number અથવા account details સુધારવા, account સંબંધિત પ્રશ્ન પૂછવા, અથવા photo/data delete કરવાની વિનંતી માટે Ramvihar Residency ના administrator ને app દ્વારા સંપર્ક કરો. Account delete કરવા માટેની public instructions Account Deletion Request પાનાં પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે. જરૂરી હોય ત્યાં society ના record-keeping obligations લાગુ રહેશે.
7. બાળકોની ગોપનીયતા
આ app Ramvihar Residency ના members માટે છે. અમે જાણીને બાળકો પાસેથી personal information મેળવવાનું લક્ષ્ય રાખતા નથી. કોઈ parent/guardian ને ચિંતા હોય તો society administrator ને સંપર્ક કરવો.
8. Policy માં ફેરફાર
કાયદા, security અથવા app functionality માં બદલાવ આવે તો આ policy update થઈ શકે છે. નવી તારીખ આ પાનાં પર દર્શાવવામાં આવશે.
9. સંપર્ક
Privacy સંબંધિત પ્રશ્નો માટે Ramvihar Residency ના society administrator ને app માં ઉપલબ્ધ સંપર્ક માધ્યમથી સંપર્ક કરો.

Ramvihar Festival collects member account details, festival records, optional uploaded images, and FCM device tokens to provide society and festival services. We do not sell personal data. Data is used for account access, bookings, reports, receipts, and notifications. Uploaded photos are used only for the relevant record. WhatsApp sharing happens only when a user initiates it.
